Cada impresión va acompañada de un Certificado de Autenticidad, indicando que ha comprado mi trabajo original. Además, cada impresión está firmada a mano, numerada, titulada y fechada en el reverso.

En todas ellas se añade un borde blanco de 5 cm (2 pulgadas) alrededor de la imagen para permitir un fácil enmarcado.

IMPRESIONES

Todas las impresiones se envían enrolladas en un tubo protector de PVC duro a cualquier país del mundo.

Todas las obras se imprimen en papel Fine Art High Quality Hahnemühle de extraordinaria nitidez y detalle con tinta pigmentada de la más alta calidad y estándares que garantiza una larga duración del color y la saturación. La especial textura de este magnifico papel de 325gr y 100% algodon no sólo se puede ver, si no que también se puede tocar. Con la impresión se alcanza un profundidad de la imagen impresionante y una vida útil de mas de 100 años. 

Tenga en cuanta que, según la calibración de monitor o dispositivo desde el que ve usted la obra puede hacer que vea una mínima diferencia en los tonos y colores de los que realmente son los de la impresión, recomendamos en la medida de lo posible ver los trabajos en un monitor adecuado. Esta diferencia es mínima y no afecta al resultado final de la obra.

Al entrar en cada imagen, obtendrá información sobre la obra y en algunas información adicional, como premios o algún comentario sobre la obra.

Otros formatos, aluminio, canvas o GlossyPrint (recomendado) son posibles, ademas de otros tamaños, para ello por favor, solicite información adicional utilizando el formulario de CONTACTO o escriba directamente a contact@gusfineart.es.

En caso de realizar alguna impresión en un formato que no sea los que ofrezco, esta pasará a formar parte de la edición limitada, sin excepciones, e irá acompañada del correspondiente certificado enumerando el numero de la obra en cada serie.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que los precios pueden aumentar a medida que se vaya agotando una edición.

Una vez alcanzado el numero de ediciones por obra, bajo ningún concepto o pretexto se realizará ninguna otra copia.

PAGO

La forma de pago aceptada es Paypal ya que ofrece tanto al vendedor como al comprador unas garantías excepcionales para una correcta transacción. Al realizar la compra se le indicará la dirección para el pago.

Tambien puede realizar el pago mediante transferencia bancaria. Se puede realizar una transferencia bancaria de una cuenta bancaria a otra cuenta bancaria. Para ello, por favor, pongase en contacto utilizando el formulario de CONTACTO.

Tenga en cuenta que las obras se hacen por encargo, por lo tanto, el pago es requerido antes de la impresión. Usted puede cancelar cualquier pedido en un plazo de 48 horas desde que ha efectuado el pago y el dinero se reembolsará integro.

En el precio que usted paga están incluidos todos los costes de impresión, manipulación y embalado  y los impuestos correspondientes. 

Los gastos de envio se cobran a parte y se indicara el valor dependiendo del lugar a que se envie.

Los precios de envío para otras opciones, Aluminio, Canvas, Gallery Print (recomendado) puede variar.

GARANTIA

Cualquier obra que sea defectuosa a su recepción o haya sufrido alguna irregularidad durante la manipulación y envío podrá solicitarse una copia nueva o la devolución del importe.

La obra defectuosa ha de ser devuelta en el embalaje original tal y como se ha recibido. Una vez recibida la devolución en el plazo de 48 horas usted recibirá el reembolso del dinero si lo ha solicitado por Paypal o se enviará una nueva obra.

Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables.

ENVIO

Las obras se enviaran certificadas, perfectamente embaladas y precintadas.

Tenga en cuenta que no se ordenara la impresión hasta pasadas 48 horas desde la realización del pedido y pago, plazo que tiene usted para cancelar el pedido.

Una vez que se imprime, la obra se empaqueta cuidadosamente y se envía, usted recibirá un email indicándole el numero de seguimiento del envío y una dirección web para poder verificar su envío. Este proceso conlleva un trabajo de 10 a 14 días.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que, dependiendo de a donde se envía la obra, el plazo de entrega puede demorar de dos a tres semanas desde que se ha realizado el envío.
